Lakeside Beach Club first opened its doors under the ownership of Chris and Christy Ovens in April of 2015. For the past eight years, both Chris and Christy have poured their hearts and souls into building their restaurant and have created a unique community that welcomes guests from near and far. They are passionate about their community, whether it's supporting and partnering with small local businesses, sourcing fresh ingredients from Columbia Valley farms, hosting fundraisers for community members, and running programs that give back to local charities and organizations. Within their restaurant, Chris and Christy have poured themselves into the next generation of culinary staff, imparting their wisdom and experience and sharing their love of this industry with their team of employees (who are treated more like family than staff members). Giving back and growing their community is an integral part of the Ovens' restaurant, and they have always strived to create a place that is open to everyone. ​



At Lakeside, you can experience unique, modern culinary creations and innovative approaches to both food and cocktails. Whether it's drinks on the patio during the hot summer months or having an intimate candlelit dinner by the fireplace on snowy winter evenings, Chris and Christy want to give everyone who walks through their doors an unforgettable experience in the warm, inviting atmosphere of their restaurant, and not only experience the culture they have created within the restaurant, but become part of their community as well.

​The most special part of your visit may be a glimpse of a little seven-year-old fairy princess with pink hair, kitty ears, and a tutu... and if you're lucky, she may even deliver your food and drinks as well. Chris and Christy's daughter Mya is the real heartbeat of both the restaurant and the Ovens family, spreading ripples of magic and fairy dust everywhere she goes.

The culinary staff at Lakeside Beach Club love bringing their creative genius to the table (quite literally). From their innovative approaches to modern food (such as tuna poke nachos and our black & blue toast) to adventurous techniques (have you tried the house-made bacon jam on our scallops yet?), our kitchen team is always coming up with new ideas that will take your palate on a unique journey through the Lakeside experience.

Come try our signature house-made sauces, or enjoy one of our hand-pressed burgers with hand-cut fries. We make everything in house with fresh, local ingredients, and we're proud to serve food we've poured our hearts and souls in to.

Each of our unique cocktails comes with a story of the person who created it. Our creative team has worked hard to source local, fresh ingredients, make syrups and sauces in house, and present you with cocktails like you've never seen before-- such as our electric elephant.
