"alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much” – helen keller.
community is everything to us. we believe that when people come together, magic happens. over the past eight years, we have worked to create relationships and partnerships that build up our community and make the world a better place.
situated in a unique valley between vedder mountain and the international ridge lies windward's lavender field at 181 meters above sea level. the high altitude climate here lends to a unique quality of lavender valued worldwide.
we purchase dried lavender flowers from windward farms and create a simple syrup to use in our signature cocktails. try our lavender sour next time you're in, made with our lavender simple syrup and empress gin.
on your next adventure to cultus lake, be sure to make this unique lavender farm a destination; it has quickly become a favourite of ours.

some of our favourite adventures and local spots to enjoy...
visit them next time you come up to our beautiful lake and experience everything cultus has to offer
teapot hill offers adventurers a short uphill hike through streams and groves of mixed trees, ending with a beautiful view overlooking the lake and columbia valley. the ovens family often does this hike with their pup and we think it's an important part of the cultus lake experience. you may even find a teapot while on your journey, or leave one for other hikers to find.
main beach playground
situated near the docks of main beach, cultus lake, this playground is a favourite of the ovens family. main beach is one of the most popular swimming spots in cultus lake, located on the far north shore of the lake. there are also shaded picnic areas and bathroom facilities close by. bring your bathing suits on a hot summer day, or grab a coffee and enjoy the view while the kids play on the playground on a crisp fall morning. either way, this playground is a staple for our community.
